2015 has been a good year for me, made up of lots of lovely little experiences and adventures. Of course like the rest of us on planet Earth, I’ve had my challenges. Whether I’m  getting better at handling these or the challenges are not as tough as in some previous years (I’ve  had a few doozies!) it’s hard to know. I can say that I try to make the most of every house sit so that when I leave there are no lingering regrets. Celebrating small things is a great way of finalising my time in a place. It’s an opportunity to give thanks for those things that have worked or been pleasuable, before moving on.

My canine companion has been the gorgeous little Moodle (Maltese cross Poodle) called Daisy. She’s  been my constant companion and although she’s completely accepted me and is always up for a cuddle, Daisy will unleash her inner Rotweiler when she sees another dog. It certainly makes for interesting walkies!

The saltwater heated pool has been a joy. I’ve swum at all times of the day and night (beneath a full moon!). Being born a water sign I have savoured this completely relaxing experience.

I also want to celebrate you, my reader. Not that you are small, its just that I’m am grateful for your participation in my life whether its by way of like, comment , follow or just taking the time to read my posts.

May you have the best year of your life in 2016.
